I built my first website when I was 14. It was an EverQuest fansite. It wasn't very good.

Since then I've gained extensive experience working in digital media, first as a copywriter, then as a producer and project manager, and now as a UX designer and UX lead.

My background combines strong writing and communication skills with a focus on user centred methodology, and a practical understanding of how the messy process of digital product design works.

I think strategically, work collaboratively and iterate quickly to design useful and usable products that make people's lives better.
